For today's project I am posting a digital layout that is really close to my heart. I made this layout for a dear friend who was dying of ovarian cancer and she wanted to document her life with her family. I became her personal scrapbooker and was able to finish all her albums for her and hearing how much she LOVED the pages and looked forward to the next like it was Christmas just warmed my heart. I love this layout as the pictures tell the story...a story of a day at the beach scuba diving with her family...her children. You can see that there was "life in the moment"...happiness, playfulness and lots of love. <3
If you would like to know a little more about Andrea and how her memory lives on through a foundation called "Andrea Grace Soter Simonson Memorial foundation" it is a foundation supporting families with have loved ones with cancer.

Dedicated to Andrea Simonson...you are such an inspiration and you are greatly missed.

I;m sorry I ended a little quicker than expected (lil hands hit the keyboard) My daughter at age 21 was told she had 5 yrs to live with 2 daughters. she too had cervical cancer. I wanted to make an album and actually started. My daughter, Elisha was determined to beat it. she did (Thank the good Lord) - no more babies but I am still working on her album

Fantastic layout and you were so sweet to complete Andrea's scrapbooks for her. You did a wonderful job if this example is any indication. I lost my sister a year ago this month to breast cancer so I know how great your loss is.
